We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as Security Manager.

The Security Manager is responsible for consulting customers in accordance with best industry practices and methodologies in Information Security – assessing the current state, the actual needs and defining a roadmap how to achieve specific objectives through improved processes and controls supported by a set of applicable technologies.

The role of the Security Manager requires to design and support the implementation of Information Security solutions, in conjunction with customer business mission and objectives. This might include design of processes and technology integrations to bring in the necessary improvements and enable Information Security capabilities with added value.


  • Provides consulting services in accordance with methodologies and best industry practices in Information Security
  • Leads / participates in the design and implementation of Information Security solutions
  • Drives Information Security assessments for customers
  • Assures solution designs meet customer requirements and are capable to deliver expected value
  • Participates in the preparation and execution of customer demonstrations and pre-sales activities for different Information Security solutions and proposals
  • Coordinates alignment activities of solutions design with key stakeholders
  • Manages complex projects with multiple stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc.) in the areas of expertise (i.e. Information Security, IT Service Management, etc.)
  • Shares skills and knowledge, as well as conducts trainings to customers and colleagues in his/her area of expertise
  • Coaches and mentors other members


  • Consulting experience with implementation or performing audits and assessments via various methodologies and frameworks – ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, CIS
  • Practical skills and knowledge in the design, implementation and support of Information Security Management Systems – including risk assessment, planning and deploying security controls as well as monitoring of security system performance
  • Knowledge and practical experience with vulnerability management tools (Nessus, Qualys), privileged account management applications (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, SailPoint); SecOps solutions
  • Certification in Information Security – CISM, CRISC or CISSP
  • ITIL certification
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customer centric attitude; previous consulting experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Value oriented person
  • Fluency in English
